Return & Exchange Policy

At Al Vento, we want you to be confident with your purchase.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must remain attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, or damage will not be accepted.
• For hygiene reasons, cycling apparel that has been worn during training or riding cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
• Sale, customized, or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

Al Vento reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions above.
