At Al Vento, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order and payment confirmation.

UAE Delivery
Delivery within the UAE typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the location.

Pre-Orders, Special Orders & Limited Editions
Products marked as Pre-Order, Special Order, or Limited Edition may require additional production and processing time. The estimated fulfillment period is approximately 3 weeks to 5 weeks from the date the order is confirmed.

Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary slightly depending on production, quality control, shipping, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are ready unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Fees
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched and tracking is available, you will receive shipment information to track your delivery.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including their name, phone number, and address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photos so we can investigate the matter with the courier.
